Basic level Needlepoint Lace
The course teaches the basics of needle lace technique, from the construction of the working pattern (cartonetto) to the process of lace making, through the creation of simple decorative edgings that can be used to finish collars and cuffs.
Course duration: 14 hours | 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
Total cost: €280.00 all inclusive
For upper secondary school students, a reduced fee of €210.00 is available.

The course is designed to teach, from scratch, the basics of needle lace technique using original 20th-century designs inspired by the Renaissance. It will begin with a simple border and progress toward a more complex pattern, allowing students to complete a work that incorporates most of the challenges addressed throughout the course.
