Transparency
Reference is made to the regulations concerning the publication of public contributions on the institutional website, pursuant to Article 35, paragraph 1, of Decree-Law No. 34 of 30 April 2019, converted with amendments into Law No. 58 of 28 June 2019. This regulation requires entities that have received grants, subsidies, benefits, contributions, or aid from public administrations, whether in cash or in kind, to publish on their websites or equivalent digital portals, by 30 June of each year, information relating to the amounts received.
It should be noted that the publication requirement does not apply where the actual monetary amount granted to the beneficiary is less than €10,000 during the relevant period.
