The Tapestry History sessions offer the opportunity to explore the execution techniques of these extraordinary artistic artefacts and to trace, through a wide iconographic repertoire, the main characteristics that have defined their production from the Middle Ages to the contemporary period.

Focusing on the production of the most representative manufactories of each period examined, the evolution of tapestry will be analysed with particular attention to both its artistic and technical-productive aspects.
