Seminar | Sophocles, Aeschylus and Euripides and the origins of Greek theater costume

Il seminario affronta alcune delle principali questioni inerenti alla definizione del costume teatrale in epoca Classica. Al fine di poter rispondere alla domanda portante dell'intervento, ovvero: come erano vestiti i personaggi nel teatro greco classico? si procederà all’analisi di alcune delle principali pagine di commedie e tragedie greche classiche, con l’obiettivo di apprendere gli strumenti necessari per una primaria indagine sulla terminologia tessile e vestimentaria specifica.
