Many types of work involve repetitive movements of the upper and/or lower limbs, which are responsible for a high number of disorders affecting various joints, as well as states of fatigue.
The course presented here aims to enhance workers’ tools by promoting knowledge of certain good lifestyle practices (basic anatomical knowledge, body well-being, and healthy nutritional choices). The objective of the course is to promote personal well-being through a holistic approach that goes beyond the compartmentalization of upper limbs, lower limbs, and the rest of the body.
How to enroll for Movimenti ripetuti e benessere della persona
Repetitive tasks typical of certain jobs are characterised by sequences of relatively short actions, called “cycles”, which are repeated identically over time.
The risk associated with repetitive movements is addressed in Legislative Decree No. 81/08 (also known as the Consolidated Act on Health and Safety at Work). However, the Consolidated Act focuses mainly on movements involving the upper limbs.
TARGET AUDIENCE
All those interested in deepening the topics covered and their application in everyday life, including companies, self-employed professionals, and employees.
